Introduction

　　The Department of Oncology at Shenzhen Second People’s Hospital is a comprehensive clinical department dedicated to the multidisciplinary treatment of malignant tumors, integrating clinical care, teaching, and research. It is supported by a highly skilled and experienced medical team, including 2 chief physicians, 5 associate chief physicians, and 4 attending physicians, among whom there are 3 postdoctoral fellows, 7 PhD holders, and 4 master’s degree holders. Many team members hold key positions in national and regional oncology societies. The department has 50 beds and is recognized as a Demonstration Unit for Cancer Pain Standardized Treatment and Nausea-Free Wards in Guangdong Province.
